Pricing questions
Do I need a card for the free trial?
Yes. You add a card through Stripe when you start, and nothing is charged for 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Can I switch between Starter and Pro?
Yes, from your account at any time. Upgrades apply straight away; moving down takes effect at the end of what you've paid for. Nothing is deleted on a downgrade, and it all comes back when you upgrade again.
How much storage do I get?
Starter includes 2 GB and Pro 50 GB of file storage across all your projects, for photos, documents and attachments. Items in the Bin don't count.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Your data is then kept for 30 days so you can come back or export it, and permanently deleted after that.
Is there a plan for my whole company?
Today every plan is for one account. Team accounts with roles and company-wide controls are on the roadmap.
