Send the invite
Enter their name and email, prefill their trade and company, and attach your method statement and risk assessment.
They complete it on their phone
No app and no account. A consent notice, personal details, CSCS and other cards with photos, emergency contact, medical notes and H&S declarations. It autosaves, so a lost signal loses nothing.
It lands on your roster
The tracker shows who has submitted, who is pending and whose link has expired, with resend and renew in one click.

Site Induction questions
Do new starters need to download an app?
No. They open the link in any phone browser and fill in the form. No app, no account, no password.
What if they lose signal halfway through?
Their answers are saved on the phone as they type. Reopening the same link brings everything back, and a failed card photo is retried on its own.
Can I attach our RAMS?
Yes. Attach your method statement, risk assessment or any other documents to the invite, and the new starter confirms they've read them before submitting.
How is consent and GDPR handled?
The form opens with a data notice and separate consent boxes for personal and health information. You remain responsible for your own lawful basis as the employer or principal contractor.
Can I import our existing operatives?
Yes. Import them from a spreadsheet, or pull in workers already added in another Sitro tool.
What happens when someone leaves site?
Mark them as left. They're archived, not deleted, and can be reactivated with their full history.
