Which cards can I track?
Any card or qualification: CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid, IPAF, PASMA, CPCS, NPORS and your own. Each card type is a column.
When does it warn me about expiry?
Cells turn amber when a card expires within 90 days and red within 30 days or once it has expired. Reminders appear in the app before the date.
Do I have to enter workers twice?
No. Workers added in Site Induction, the Company Roster or a spreadsheet import are the same records.
Can I export it for an audit?
Yes. Export the matrix as a PDF for audits, clients or handover.
